AGRILAND FS is looking for a Business Manager to lead and coordinate key operational functions across departments, driving performance, profitability, and long-term success. This critical role partners with Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, financial oversight, and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities :

• Leading strategic business planning to influence asset, people and marketing investments that lead to strategic growth
• Leading business improvement projects moving processes from analogue to digital with the ability to influence and ensure adoption
• Influencing budget development with a focus on sales commission structures to motivate and align with business objectives
• Developing and overseeing department budgets by working with department heads to forecast needs, allocate funds and ensuring the alignment with the business strategies and business objectives
