Consultant - Business Transformation

nepf, LLC is seeking a skilled Consultant with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives driven by transformational change. In this role, you will support the execution of these complex initiatives by maintaining project plans and status reporting, preparing client-ready deliverables, and keeping milestones and deliverables on track. Partnering with clients and senior team members, you will also help assess stakeholder impacts and support change and communications plans where needed. You will contribute to the development of approaches and implementation materials and assist with day-to-day project delivery that leads to tangible results for our clients.

Our team is based primarily in California, but valuing the flexibility of remote work, this role is open to qualified candidates based in the continental U.S. Please note that due to our portfolio of clients, your work hours may at times be either West Coast or East Coast business hours. This position suits an individual with 2 – 4+ years of relevant Consulting experience and who is a results-oriented, go-getter with a passion for making an impact.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Drive Project Management : Support and deliver comprehensive project management for functional transformational initiatives and day-to-day execution of activities. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage shifting priorities and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Support Delivery of Transformational Change : Contribute to the development of change management and communications plans and deliverables to address the people-related impacts associated with transformations.
• Deliver Effective Messaging : Craft compelling presentations that communicate insights clearly and powerfully, with the ability to tell a story that drives stakeholder engagement and understanding.
• Become a Trusted Partner with Our Clients : Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and nepf team members to drive a range of transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to nepf's Continued Growth : Support internal initiatives that expand nepf's client base, enhance service offerings, and foster talent engagement and development.
