Client Success Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of client success, account management, or related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferredDemonstrated ability to manage onboarding, retention, and client engagement programsBackground in client success management in the protein / meat packing industry or adjacent to itExperience developing structured client referral initiatives (NPS-based, preferred)Self-awareness, humility, and strong attention to detailWilling to live and work in Austin, TexasClient Success Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
Prior experience in legal services, workforce solutions, or professional services environmentsKnowledge of immigration visa programs (H-2, TN, EB-3, H-1B, J-1)Proven ability to build long-term relationships while identifying growth opportunitiesExperience leading client onboarding processes and configuring CRM portalsBackground in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance teamsAbility to analyze client satisfaction metrics and proactively address risk of churn
