Associate Director, Marketing Lifecycle Analytics

Humana is transforming how we engage members across their lifecycle-and we are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to guide that transformation. This role leads the Onboarding, Retention, and Loyalty team within Consumer Data, Insights & Analytics. You'll partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to develop strategic plans, forecast performance, and guide investment decisions across channels and campaigns.

Pay Range : $142,300 - $195,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
