A company is looking for a US-Revenue Cycle Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze open receivables to enhance claim resolution timing and quality
Perform comprehensive reviews of patient accounts to identify root causes for outstanding balances and claim denials
Utilize Lean & Six-Sigma frameworks to document process improvement opportunities and collaborate with various departments
Required Qualifications
High School Equivalent experience will be considered
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field
Experience with billing and collections processes
Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement trends
Ability to engage in meetings with senior leadership to discuss findings and solutions
