Pay Rate : $16.00-$20.00 an hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the construction industry!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and send accurate invoices for products and services provided.
  • Track incoming payments and maintain up-to-date customer accounts.
  • Assist with collections by following up on past-due invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of all AR transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service when handling billing inquiries.
  • Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable or office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
