Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Financial & Systems Analyst to support our finance and accounting operations while helping improve financial systems and processes. This role blends financial analysis with technology-driven process improvement to ensure accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and reliable decision-making support.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial principles, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn new tools and systems. This position is based in Rockville, MD 5 days / week.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

Salary Range

$80,000—$100,000 USD
