We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Training & Development Specialist.

Job Summary :

Plays a key role in facilitating, engaging, effective learning experience for staff at all levels of the credit union. From onboarding new hires to supporting continuous professional development, this position helps create a culture of learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, organize, plan and deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (in person, virtually via Teams and off-site)
• Develop and update training materials, guides, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Produces monthly team member newsletter
• Assist with managing the learning management system (LMS) and maintaining accurate training records.
• Collect and track post-event feedback through surveys; Maintains records of training and development activities
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with training content.
