Position Overview :
The Senior Marketing Manager, LT Shop, will play a central role in managing marketing efforts to drive revenue, improve customer engagement, and establish LT Shop as the go-to destination for wellness and lifestyle products. As a generalist, this role will oversee end-to-end campaign management, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role collaborates with teams across Digital Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, E-Commerce and LTH teams to support aligned retail and promotional goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-app, to drive LT Shop’s brand presence and revenue.
Develop and oversee reporting structures to track performance across all marketing channels, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
Partner with the product and merchandising teams to support product launches, spotlight seasonal collections, and align marketing efforts with inventory planning.
Coordinate with LTH marketing to integrate relevant LTH products into LT Shop campaigns and promotions.
Manage the LT Shop marketing budget, focusing on efficient allocation of resources to meet revenue and engagement goals.

Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00 and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
