A company is looking for a Student Support Advisor to assist students throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for new student enrollment and offer information on programs and funding options
Monitor student accounts and analyze data to identify and address academic and financial obstacles
Advocate for students by connecting them with resources and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
Some college coursework required
A minimum of 1-year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an educational setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database software systems
Ability to work in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet access
Eligible to access and maintain the NSLDS system without being in default of Title IV Federal aid
