Senior Civil Project Manager (Naperville)

A well known multidisciplinary firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Principal in Civil Engineering to lead land development projects across commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and energy sectors.

This candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee engineering design and permitting, and guide projects from concept through construction. This includes site layouts, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, and regulatory approvals.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience, a BS / MS in Civil Engineering, and hold a professional license. Strong communication skills, technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling, and experience in client engagement and public meetings are essential. Familiarity with local development networks is a plus.
