Position Overview : We are seeking a part-time Paid Social Media Buyer . You will develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Tiktok and more to drive purchase and sales for a diverse portfolio of fitness and wellness brands. We own and operate more than nine brands, including boutique fitness studios, e-commerce fitness and lifestyle brands and a relay getaway. Your expertise will be instrumental in reaching our target audiences effectively and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).

Expectations & Deliverables :

• Campaign Strategy and Execution :

Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with Fitlab's marketing objectives.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient spending and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create strategic creative briefs to develop compelling ad creatives that convert.

Oversee campaigns across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.

Conduct thorough market research to identify and define target audiences for each brand within the portfolio.

Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROAS.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
