If the idea of becoming an important part of our Customer Service team sounds perfect, that’s great! You’ll be a crucial part of SPS / AMG, ensuring customer communications and orders are handled efficiently and correctly.

We are looking for a Customer Service team member to help with the handling of all facets of customer service and order entry in our Omro office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of customer support tasks.

Job duties include, but not limited to :

  • Assist customers via phone calls, emails and other written communications.
  • Processing customer and supplier orders within ERP system.
  • Assist in managing customer records and files.
  • Update paperwork and databases.
  • Create documents, including correspondence and reports.

Job Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
  • Proficient computer skills Windows Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
