Key Responsibilities
Achieve new sales quotas and renewal targets while enhancing customer experiences
Recruit and hire qualified sales staff, ensuring all territories are fully staffed
Provide coaching and training to direct reports to meet and exceed sales quotas
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent experience; MBA or JD preferred
5-7 years of successful sales experience in the Business to Business marketplace
Sales management experience, preferably in the legal market
Experience in coaching sales processes and professional development
Strong understanding of financial tools for planning and forecasting
