Key Responsibilities
Act as a key SME on the HR Technology team, leading prioritization and system configuration
Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize Workday configuration and integrate third-party tools
Review configurations and business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive experience in HR subject areas and Workday system configuration
Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical language
Experience in solving configuration and integration issues through root-cause analysis
Demonstrated leadership skills in fostering collaboration and strategic planning
