Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program. Commitment to a clean, safe environment; adherence to health and sanitation procedures; ensure in-stock products. Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred). High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience. Valid Driver's License from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance during employment. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees, alongside the Store Leader.
- Help implement merchandising and marketing programs.
- Assist with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in stock.
- Support recruitment and retention efforts by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management; maintain accurate records as needed.
