Entry Level Substation Civil Engineer at POWER Engineers
POWER Engineers is currently seeking an energetic, self-starting team member with a civil engineering background to perform engineering design activities for electrical substations. This position is in the Power Delivery Substation Department in our Augusta office located in Hallowell, Maine. A hybrid work environment is available (employee will need to live within driving distance of the office).
Responsibilities
- Development of civil construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules
- Coordination with all disciplines contributing to electrical substation design
- Constructability of electrical substations
- Preparation of calculation packages to satisfy client and code requirements
