• The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax function.
• This is a highly visible role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of partnership taxation, including our Up-C structure and ASC 740 tax provisions.
• You’ll play a critical role in ensuring income and non-income tax compliance, managing complex audits, and developing key tax strategies for our publicly traded company.
• If you are a proactive leader with a CPA or equivalent, a strong background in oil and gas, and a deep understanding of partnership taxation, this is an excellent opportunity to drive significant impact and shape our tax initiatives.
• This role will be based out of our Morgantown, WV office location.
