In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to shape experiences that power how our organization works every day. This role is about designing with vision—creating cohesive experiences that span systems, scale across teams, and redefine how people interact with technology.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the user in cross-functional teams, helping transform real workflows into intuitive product solutions.
• Translate complexity into elegant end-to-end journeys that scale across teams and platforms.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, using user insights to refine and improve designs.
• Partner with engineers and product leaders to ensure design intent carries through from concept to launch.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, creating cohesion and efficiency across platforms.
• Collaborate with fellow designers across disciplines to create a unified design language.
• Present work with clarity and vision, influencing stakeholders and shaping product direction.
