Caregiver Health RN at St Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. Shift is Per Diem / Days (7 : 30am-4 : 00pm)- minimum 1 day per week based on department needs.

Under the general supervision of Manager of Employee Health Office, the Employee Health Nurse conducts pre-employment and annual employee physicals, assists in the processing of claims for work-related injuries and coordinates any necessary treatment, interacts with third-party administrator (TPA) and provides required assistance with investigation and documentation. The Employee Health Nurse also assists with the coordination of the Transitional Work Program, interfaces with the Employee Assistance Program to ensure maximum utilization by employees. The Employee Health Nurse is the lead coordinator of the flu vaccination and fit test programs.

Required Qualifications :

  • Upon hire : California Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 6 months Staff RN, RNP, or PA.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree Or
  • Associate's Degree
  • Upon hire : Certified Occupational Health Nurse
  • 6 months Employee Health.
