Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our website and mobile app, keeping content accurate, functional, and user-friendly
• Spot and fix pain points, driving continuous improvements that simplify navigation and digital interactions
• Launch and manage digital campaigns-email, online ads, and automated journeys-that engage and convert
• Track and interpret performance metrics using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other tools to guide decision-making
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to increase visibility and attract qualified traffic
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to roll out new features and resolve technical issues
• Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and consumer habits to keep our platforms cutting-edge
• Maintain consistent brand voice and compliance across all digital channels
