We are looking for a Sr. QE Automation Engineer – Hybrid Roles in Atlanta, GA (1 day a week)

Duration : 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Pay Rate : $72 / hr on W2

Role :

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement automated test frameworks for microservices and web applications.

Develop and maintain test scripts using RestAssured for API testing and Selenium for UI testing.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines.

Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Maintain documentation related to test cases, test results, and automation frameworks.

Continuously improve test automation practices and tools.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills :

RestAssured Framework for testing Java-based microservices.

Selenium with Java for UI automation.

Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design.

Experience with test automation in CI / CD environments (e.g., GitHub Actions).

Familiarity with tools like TestNG, JUnit, Maven / Gradle.

Hands-on experience in automation testing of Java-based microservices using RestAssured and UI automation using Selenium with Java.

Experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO).

Bachelors Degree

5+ years of experience in test automation.

Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure).

Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Familiarity with containerization tools (Podman, Kubernetes).
