Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting and finance operations with a focus on complex projects and insurance programs. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, experience in project management, and a track record of leading financial integration during acquisitions. This role includes ERP accounting implementations, assessing existing processes, and supporting strategic business planning.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
10+ years of progressive financial management experience
Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to completion
Experience with insurance programs including Casualty, Property, and Excess insurance
Key Responsibilities :
Lead ERP accounting implementations
Conduct due diligence on prospective acquisitions
Manage financial integration of new acquisitions
Assess performance of existing finance and accounting processes
Train staff on new accounting processes and controls
Oversee renewal and interface of corporate insurance programs (Casualty, Property, Excess)
Support ad hoc finance and accounting needs
