We are seeking an Office Manager to work with our fun and experienced team in our maintenance and HVAC contracting office. Ideal candidates will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with great communication and customer service skills.
Maintenance Management, LLC is a full-service property maintenance company specializing in maintaining commercial properties with extensive experience in larger office buildings and medical offices.
Our experienced technicians take care of any maintenance issue a business needs to address, be it heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), building maintenance and repair, energy management, or preventative maintenance.
General Office Duties
- Support day-to-day operations of the office
- Prepare and deliver daily bank deposits
- Office Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
- Oversee office upkeep, supplies, uniforms, and technology needs
- Coordinate office events and team activities
- Review employee timecards and assist with new hire onboarding
- Accounts Payable
- Manage the full accounts payable process
- Enter invoices and maintain accurate records in the accounting system
- Track purchase orders and reconcile vendor accounts
- Handle company credit card transactions and reporting
- Work Order Management
- Assist with the entry of work orders into company systems
- Monitor and manage work order flow to ensure timely completion
- Serve as a liaison between office staff, field staff, and vendors for work order coordination
Compensation
