Garden State AGNC is hiring for a full-time, in-person sales and marketing role based in New Jersey. We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, motivated, and ready to learn. If you’re someone who enjoys talking to people and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

This is an entry-level position focused on face-to-face customer interactions—no cold calling or office cubicles. You’ll work with a team, promote client products or services, and help grow their brand through direct engagement.

What the Role Involves :

• Talking to people face-to-face
• Explaining services, answering questions, and helping people
• Working as part of a team to meet sales goals
• Learning as you go — we train you

Who We're Looking For :

Must be based in the Piscataway, New Jersey area

Good with people and comfortable starting conversations

Reliable, professional, and open to feedback

Previous customer service or sales experience helps, but it’s not required

Must be available to work full-time and in person
