A company is looking for a Director - Technical Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a team of Technical Program Managers to support dedicated deployments and ensure reliable delivery of releases
Manage technical program management for the delivery and lifecycle of releases into dedicated client instances, ensuring compliance and operational standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases aligned with the overall product roadmap
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with at least 5 years in DevOps or infrastructure initiatives
Strong technical background in DevOps principles and infrastructure management
Experience in operationalizing deployment strategies and developing scalable best practices
Expertise in ensuring security and compliance in high-stakes client environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
