The Job :

As a Planning Supervisor, you'll be part Aerospace as an on-site employee. You'll get to :

• Develop and execute supply plans that support the company's sales forecasts and business strategies.
• Lead the supply planning team to ensure efficient and effective execution of planning activities with the right materials driving plan in place and on time delivery
• Collaborate through S&OP with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to gather relevant data for accurate supply forecasting.
• Develop monthly targets estimates utilizing Risk & Opportunity for Best Case, Most Likely, and Worst case
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenged areas and champion continued improvements
• Implement and maintain planning systems and tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility across the organization.
• Ensure customer flow down requirements are communicated and documented with the Planning team and through the Supply Base.
• Manage inventory levels to meet service level targets while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Support new product launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and timely market entry.
• Facilitate and encourage continuous improvement processes, ensuring planning consistency and efficiency.
• Guide junior staff members in some aspects of their jobs and provide support whenever needed.

The base pay range for this position in California is $76,100-$137,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
