Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health and counseling services to a varied caseload. This includes :

• Clinical Service Delivery : Provide individual, family, and group counseling services tochildren, adults, and families.
• Flexible Modalities : Deliver services across multiple settings, includingschool-based, in-home, in-office, and telehealth(remote) sessions, tailoring the approach to meet client needs and company requirements.
• Assessment & Treatment : Conduct thorough initial assessments, develop personalized, measurable treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health and behavioral challenges.
• Collaboration : Coordinate care effectively with parents, guardians, school personnel, and other community providers to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Documentation : Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical, legal, and company standards.
