Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual (English / Spanish) Project Manager to oversee and coordinate labor solutions and immigration-related projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in ensuring operational success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage craft labor projects from recruitment to placement.
• Oversee visa application workflows and ensure timely execution of immigration processes.
• Coordinate between clients, legal teams, and workers across multiple locations.
• Track deliverables, monitor budgets, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders in English and Spanish.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with employment and immigration regulations.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within Terra Labors service divisions.
