Associate Brand Manager
Lamplight Farms Inc., a division of W.C. Bradley Co., home to the TIKI Brand, is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand-building initiatives with a primary focus on strengthening the TIKI Brand's social media presence. This role blends creativity and strategy to drive engagement, grow audiences, and ensure consistent brand expression across all digital platforms. The position collaborates cross-functionally to integrate brand strategy, product marketing, and digital storytelling.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Lead social media strategy and planning to grow the TIKI Brand digital presence across all major platforms.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns that support brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal activations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to plan, create, and schedule social content, campaigns, and activations.
- Support influencer and creator partnerships by identifying talent, managing relationships, and ensuring content aligns with brand standards.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support the brand function within the new product development (NPD) process by providing digital insights and brand perspective.
- Write and edit product copy to ensure clear, engaging, and brand-aligned storytelling for new or existing products.
- Plan and support photoshoots for a variety of content uses including website, social media, packaging and email.
- Support retailer and omnichannel marketing initiatives by aligning brand messaging and digital content across eCommerce and in-store channels.
- Manage digital content libraries to ensure efficiency and accessibility across teams.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Assist in managing brand budgets related to social media and digital campaigns.
- Be a steward of the TIKI Brand strategy, guidelines and execution across various marketing tactics and touchpoints including digital and traditional media and point-of-purchase.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study.
2+ years of social media or marketing experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in brand marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and / or influencer management.Demonstrated success managing social campaigns and influencer partnerships (including contracts, deliverables, and KPIs).Strong understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and social media best practices.Experience translating consumer and digital insights into actionable brand or product strategies.Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.Creative thinker with a pulse on pop culture, trends, and the digital landscape.Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Emplifi, or similar is a plus.Experience with tools like Canva is a plus.Ability to be results oriented and exhibit a high degree of creativity, energy, and resourcefulness.Ability to be consumer focused.Physical Requirements
