Job Title : Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Florida Bar Required)

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Florida (West Palm Beach and South Miami offices)

Compensation : Competitive Salary + Bonuses + Full Benefits

Experience Level : Associate -Mid

About the Role :

Join a high-powered legal team where your courtroom skills are valued and rewarded! We are recruiting for a Florida-barred Litigation Attorney with trial experience in personal injury law.

This is an exciting opportunity to litigate complex cases, including :

  • Auto Accidents
  • Catastrophic Injuries
  • Slip and Falls
  • Medical Malpractice
  • National Mass Tort Claims

Responsibilities :

  • Manage personal injury cases from filing to verdict in state and federal court
  • Conduct and respond to discovery
  • Take and defend depositions (fact and expert)
  • Attend court hearings and mediations
  • Prepare for and try jury trials
  • File post-trial motions and participate in trial clinics
  • Collaborate with legal support staff and litigation team

    • Requirements :

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • 2+ jury trials as first chair
  • 3+ years of PI litigation experience preferred
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
  • Experience mentoring or directing junior staff is a plus
