Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : 100% Onsite in Boca Raton, FL

Job Type : Direct hire

Salary Range : $50,000 to $62,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule : Monday through Friday, full-time

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite in Boca Raton and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hundreds of general ledger codes. The position offers long-term stability and the opportunity to contribute to a growing accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
