Job Overview : We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Group Project Manager to play a strategic role in our delivery of HR Technology to the enterprise. In this role you'll lead complex, high-impact projects while coaching other project managers to strengthen consistency, collaboration, and excellence across our delivery practice. You'll bring a strong commitment to delivery excellence and employee experience, ensuring that every project delivers measurable value and a positive impact for the people we serve. By building trusted partnerships across HR, Technology, and business teams, you'll help create a delivery experience grounded in clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will shape how HR technology enables innovation, efficiency, and connection across the enterprise.

Base Pay Range : $103,100 - $186,000 Corporate Bonus Target : 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
