Senior Material Program Manager

The Senior Material Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for managing Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities within the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM) portfolio. This MPM will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the program's integrated product teams, or equivalent organizations located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. Key responsibilities include the following :

• Drive processes to successful completion in support of a very aggressive schedule of deliveries
• Use critical thinking skills to propose sound and innovative business solutions to increase operational efficiencies to insure business area and program success
• Successfully operate with minimal oversight, yet readily recognize and escalate when assistance is required
• Easily adapt to strategic and tactical tasks
• Have ability to influence team decisions and outcomes
• Work in a cross-functional team-oriented environment
• Have the capability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Process information from multiple sources to achieve a successful outcome

This position is for an onsite role in Tucson, Arizona. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
