Quality Assurance : Uphold high-quality standards in all carpentry work, ensuring precision, durability, and adherence to safety regulations. Apprentice Training : For apprentices, actively engage in on-the-job training, learning from experienced carpenters, and developing skills under supervision. Site Maintenance : Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a hazard-free environment. Travel : Be willing to travel to various regional remodel sites as required by project needs, with all travel expenses covered by the company. Proven experience as a carpenter or completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work. Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work up to 55 hours a week, including 15 hours of overtime. Flexibility to travel regionally to various remodel sites. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
