Summary

Were partnering with a well-established residential construction firm to hire a Construction Field Support Specialist for their active structural restoration projects. This position is based out of Cocoa Beach, FL , with travel from Titusville to Fort Pierce; most of the work will be performed in the field on project sites (approximately 90% field / 10% office).

In this role, youll support the construction oversight team by collecting project data, taking field measurements and photos, and maintaining organized documentation throughout the construction phase. Youll collaborate closely with engineering and project management staff, ensuring data accuracy and consistent communication across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily job site visits across multiple projects (from Titusville to Fort Pierce).
• Collect field data, photos, and measurements to support engineering and construction oversight.
• Maintain accurate documentation across numerous projects using shared digital platforms.
• Communicate regularly with project engineers, inspectors, and contractor personnel.
• Organize and update reports, spreadsheets, and visual documentation for up to 30-40 projects at a time.
• Safely access elevated areas using contractor-provided equipment (ladders, scaffolding, lifts, swing stages).
• Use employer-provided safety gear at all times.
• Drone operation for select project photo documentation is a plus.
