Commercial Superintendent – Nashville

$120,000 – $160,000 + Benefits

We are partnered with a respected General Contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent in Nashville. This is a permanent position for a leader who understands the local market and has successfully delivered ground-up commercial projects valued at $20M and above.

The company has a strong pipeline of high-profile builds in the Nashville area, including retail, restaurants, gas stations, and other large-scale commercial facilities. We are seeking a Superintendent who brings both technical expertise and deep local knowledge, ensuring smooth project delivery with safety, quality, and schedule always at the forefront.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction
• Proven success managing projects $20M+ in value
• Strong track record with restaurants, gas stations, and retail projects
• Established relationships and experience with Nashville subcontractor market
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety with professionalism
