Job Summary

Plans, manages, and executes corporate event strategy for trade shows, dealer shows, webinars, virtual events and other types of marketing events. Maintains library of branded product literature and marketing materials to supply events, sales team and marketing team. Supports and ensures consistent Labconco brand representation and messaging.

What You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related degree preferred; or at least 3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Suite software.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage logistics and complex deliverables / timelines of trade show events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including editing, technical & creative writing, excellent grammar and proofreading.
• Ability to analyze data and apply basic math and reasoning to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage, organize, multitask and prioritize projects.
• Ability to legally drive a vehicle and travel as required, ~5 to 6x / year - occasionally over a weekend.

Work Schedule

Normal working hours are typically an 8 hour work day 8a - 5pm Monday – Friday. From time to time additional hours may be required on evenings and weekends, as needed. This position is expected to work onsite.
