What You'll Do :

• Process a high volume of invoices
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to ensure accuracy
• Review invoice details, confirm proper approvals, and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors to clarify payment status and address issues
• Prepare payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
• Keep organized records of all accounts payable transactions
