Position Summary :

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will work closely with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives and play a critical role in expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the roofing industry.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting on progress and performance to senior management.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.

Manage and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Maintain knowledge of roofing products, services, and technologies.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales

Proven experience leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.

High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with door-knocking in various neighborhoods.

Must be able to climb ladders and get on roofs of all shapes and sizes.

Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.
