Property Manager - Direct Hire

We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at an 80-unit apartment complex in West Saint Paul, MN. In this role you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, fostering strong tenant relationships, and ensuring the community remains a desirable and welcoming place to live. Position Title : Property Manager

• Build and maintain strong rapport with tenants and prospective residents.
• Show and lease units, including reviewing and approving rental applications.
• Handle rent collection, process payments, and make bank deposits.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling / coordination of turnovers.
• Prepare and manage regular reports, including weekly and monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with the property manager on resident transitions and operational improvements.
• Support administrative tasks related to leasing and property oversight.
• Support the apartment complex caretaker as needed with basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming common areas, assisting with removal of snow / ice from sidewalks, etc.

Must be available to work the first and last day of each month to support move in / move out process.
