• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients / families.\n
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short / long term goals and discharge planning.\n
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.\n
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum requirements : \n
• Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.\n
• Valid State RN License is required.\n
• BLS required at hire\n
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.\n
• Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.\n
