About the Role :

As Encore Fire Protection continues to scale rapidly across regions and systems, we're looking for a strategic, systems-savvy professional to help us navigate that growth with precision and foresight. This newly elevated role goes beyond reporting—it's about driving better decisions through data, refining processes to work smarter, and adapting to constant change with agility and insight.

You'll bridge People Operations, Payroll, and Finance, owning the intersection of employee data, compliance, and analytics. If you're excited by solving complex problems, love creating order out of chaos, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two weeks look the same, this is your role.

Responsibilities

Strategic Data Analytics & Reporting

• Lead the analysis of people and payroll data across multiple systems to deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership to support decision-making and workforce planning.
• Respond to requests for EEOC, headcount, demographic, and wage data across business units.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and help build scalable solutions.
