Purpose
The Director of IT Operations leads all aspects of B&D’s technology environment, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Infrastructure. This role will oversee infrastructure, systems, security, service delivery, and vendor management across the enterprise, keeping everything running smoothly while setting the direction for the future. This is a key leadership role in B&D’s ongoing transformation. This person will ensure our technology works flawlessly today while building a scalable, reliable, and secure foundation that empowers our employees to deliver their best work on projects that drive meaningful impact for our clients and communities. This is a hybrid role , with the expectation that you will work from our office at least two days per week, while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

Target base annual salary range is currently $135,000-170,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
