As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Your role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help to deter security-related incidents. You will use technology such as computers or tablets to support your responsibilities. • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
