Job Title : Landscape CDL Driver & Construction Equipment Operator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape CDL Driver and Construction Equipment Operator to join our team. This dual-role position involves transporting materials and equipment to and from job sites using commercial vehicles (CDL required), as well as operating a variety of construction equipment to assist in landscaping and site development projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both transportation and operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, and trenchers, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications :

Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years of experience operating landscape or construction equipment.

Knowledge of DOT regulations and proper load securement.

Ability to read site plans and follow layout instructions.

Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and work in varying weather conditions.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills & Competencies :

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills with crew members and supervisors.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Work Environment :

Outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Exposure to dirt, dust, heavy machinery, and loud noise.

May require occasional overtime, weekend, or evening work depending on project schedules.
