Project Superintendent - Heavy Civil (Miami)

Metric Geo are actively recruiting for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead construction efforts for a large & reputable GC in the South Florida region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding field operations, enforcing high quality standards, and ensuring project performance on complex structural builds. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in managing structural scopes (concrete, steel, etc.), strong collaboration skills, and the drive to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Oversee all field operations for structural projects, including concrete, steel, and related scopes
• Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance across trades and subcontractors
• Coordinate with project leadership, design teams, and client representatives on technical execution
• Lead, mentor, and manage field staff and subcontractors to deliver high performance
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in structural construction supervision or project-level field leadership
