Required Qualifications
1-2 years of insurance or related sales experience, preferably in group insurance
Working knowledge of benefits technology
Life, Accident, and Health insurance license preferred
Strong marketplace awareness and ability to build local networks
Participation in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
