What You Will Be Doing :

The Marketing Specialist will serve as the primary Marketing contact for executive / corporate departments including HR, Training, Executive Offices, I.T. etc focusing on recruiting and other projects not owned by the Sales, Power Systems, Rental or Product Support Coordinators. The coordinator will manage all marketing needs of these departments by leveraging their own competencies, the resources within the Marketing Department – Data, Creative, Digital – and external agencies to execute the needs of the division(s).

Primary Responsibilities :

CORPORATE / EXECUTIVE COORDINATION

Manage marketing needs for all corporate cost centers including the Executive Office for any requests that are not managed through Sales, Product Support, Power Systems or Rental

• Corporate / Executive Projects
• Corporate Communications, Printing, Promotions
• Facility & Customer Photography / Framing
• Association Advertising
• Interior / Exterior Wayfinding Signage
• On-Hold Messaging
• Customer Photography
• Office Identifiers / Nameplates
• Facility Signage Design (Interior / Exterior)

RECRUITING COORDINATION

Manage all marketing needs related to employee recruiting

Who We Are Looking For :

To be successful in this position you should have experience as a marketing coordinator with strong knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong project management skills.
