Weve been practicing kaizen since 1992, when we opened our first doors in Londons Bloomsbury. We first opened our US restaurant in 2007 in Bostons Faneuil Hall, 13 years later we have expanded to 6 sites across Boston and New York City. Inspired by fast-paced, Japanese ramen bars and a celebration of Asian food, Wagamama burst into life. We set out to create a unique way of eating bringing the fresh, nourishing flavors of Asia to all. Now that we are well settled into the cities of Boston and NYC our plan is to expand to other cities across America, sharing our passion of legendary food and service.
